Here are 3 steps to re-evaluate where you stand in each area of your life and make positive changes for yourself this year:

  1. Take some time to reflect on your physical health, financial situation, mental and emotional well-being, and intimate relationships.

On a scale of 1 to 10, where do you fall in each of these areas?

2. If you're below an 8 in any of them, it's time to dig deeper. What can you do to improve in this area?

Make a list of actionable steps you can take right now.

3. Consider the things that may be holding you back.

What can you stop doing in order to make room for growth and success?
