5 Tips For Setting Yourself Up For Success


We have officialy started week 2 of 2023!

How are you feeling? How did last week go for you?

Sometimes the overwhelm of trying to change everything all at once can take over and put us into a "freeze" state where not only are our goals not getting met, we may be slipping right back into our old habits and repeating that same old familiar pattern of saying - next week, next month, next year. 

The key to getting out of this state is starting simply.

It's creating a system for yourself that will help you build on your success and make progress towards the things you want.



Make Your Goals Specific & Measurable

Instead of saying "I want to lose weight," try "I want to lose 10 pounds by June 1st." This way, you'll have a clear target to aim for and you'll be able to track your progress. 

Write Your Goals Down & Put Them Somewhere Visible

Seeing your goals every day will help you stay motivated and on track. 

Break Your Goals Down Into Smaller, More Manageable Steps

This will make them feel less overwhelming and you'll be able to celebrate small victories along the way.

Find An Accountability Partner

Having someone to check in with and report your progress to can be a great motivator.

Don't Be Too Hard On Yourself

It's okay to make mistakes or have setbacks. The important thing is to learn from them and keep moving forward. 

Remember: making big changes doesn't have to be hard. You just need the right tools and a consistent approach to get the results you want. I believe in you. You got this and I'm cheering you on.
